This was the first installation of its kind at any CitiGroup building and we were unfamiliar with the overall process. Since this is such a specialized product, I believe we would have benefited greatly from having SecureUSA involved very early in the design process instead of relying totally on our design consultant. Having a representative from SecureUSA on site during our planning sessions would have potentially avoided many issues that we dealt with in the field. Many change orders would have been avoided by having caught problems early on. I cannot thank SecureUSA enough for the quick response and flexibility with all the issues that came up during construction.
