Carla L. Clark
Chief Executive Officer
Carla recently became the major shareholder in Global Business Alliance Ltd., the closely held privately owned parent of SecureUSA. At the company's annual general meeting, she was appointed chairperson and chief executive officer. SecureUSA is proud to be a majority woman owned SBC corporation and a strong supporter of affirmative action. Carla has double master degrees and was an adjunct professor at two universities as well as state director of eductation, before transferring her interest to the corporate world in 1989. Since then, she has been the co-founder and president of an affiliate company for five years and a director/shareholder of Global Business Alliance Ltd. since 1991.

Bevan M. Clark
President/COO
Bevan is the co-founder of SecureUSA possessing an extensive knowledge of perimeter defense technologies and solutions. He has extensive global business experience. He has been the founder of three international companies and CEO of five affiliated organizations over the past thirty years, operating throughout South East Asia, North America and Europe. He provides vision and leadership for the organization with day to day involvement in all activities of the company.

Tammy Herslebs
Vice President Administration, HR, Legal
Tammy has worked with our President/CEO at SecureUSA and affiliated companies for almost fifteen years. She has a very broad knowledge of fiscal and administrative matters, and coordinates our accounting, administration and legal personnel. She is a qualified Human Resource professional.

John Spurrier
Senior Vice President of Operations
John was promoted to this position in April 2007 and works closely with our President in the execution of all operation functions. John graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Economics. He then went on to command a company in the 101st Airborne Division prior to starting his formal work career. His business background includes eighteen years in divisional leadership roles with two diverse multi-national corporations.

Harford Field
Director of Business Development
Harford Field joined SecureUSA as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for developing national accounts. He was promoted to his current role at the beginning of 2007 after successfully creating many long term corporate and government customers.  Harford holds two degrees; one in electronics technology and the other in business management sciences.  He brings more than 25 years of technical experience to SecureUSA in field service, application engineering, and national and international sales.

William (Bill) Paul
Vice President of Product Design & Engineering
Bill leads all aspects of proprietary product design, engineering and manufacturing as well as vendor relationships for certified outside product supply. He is responsible for ongoing R&D, quality assurance and sourcing of new products.  He also manages the interface with our OEM business partners.  Bill is a decisive, focused and resourceful leader with 16 years of process and functional management experience developing broadband RF and digital electronic technologies, enhancing manufacturing processes and building control devices for large scale projects.

Janine Hamelly
Manager Service and Maintenance Division
Janine is responsible for all service and maintenance work, including facility specific contracts administration. She handles the management of site service and repair resources, and deployment of our service department team. She coordinates preventive maintenance, warranty work and regular S & M schedules to ensure minimal down time and maximum facility protection. Janine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a major in Information Systems from the University of North Carolina.

Chris Dancsbury
Program Manager
Chris has extensive experience as a senior program manager and core team leader directing and leading a team of engineers and technicians on a day to day basis. He joined SecureUSA to add professional project planning, scheduling and execution of major projects. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with specialties in Electrical Engineering and Communication Options including Fiber Optics.

Keith Brooks
Field Project Manager
Keith has worked for SecureUSA for almost seven years, serving in a variety of job roles including service manager, site manager and project manager. He is highly experienced in all facets of perimeter defense technologies and equipment, installation techniques and configuration. Keith was a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force, with final assignments in Electronic Warfare, Navigation systems and Flight Controls systems.
